Shipping policy

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

• Ground: Will arrive in 2-7 business days depending on distance.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If Sandy’s Dancewear sends you damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, please contact us and we’ll make it right.
